Congrats to the graduate! Tonight’s graduation party menu was pulled pork, smoked beans, mac n cheese, collard greens, hot honey smoked chicken wings, garlic Parmesan smoked chicken wings, coleslaw, smoked potato salad, and jalapeño cheddar cornbread.

Thanks to The Grumpy Man sales rep Phillip for hooking us up with peach and pineapple pepper jelly. I’ll be featuring those flavors as well as blueberry pepper jelly as a topping for cornbread and as a glaze for ribs and chicken all summer long.
