Young Acting Krew & Mountain Page Theater summer camp - only $100 for 3 weeks!!

🐇🎭 Alice in Wonderland Jr. Auditions — TOMORROW! 🎭🐇

We’re heading down the rabbit hole, and you’re invited!

Join us tomorrow at 5:30 PM for auditions for our Alice in Wonderland Jr. Summer Theater Camp at Mountain Page Theater! Whether your child is brand new to the stage or already loves to perform, this is a fun, welcoming way to jump into theater.

✨ What to Expect:
• A supportive, low-pressure audition environment
• No experience necessary
• A chance to be part of a magical, imaginative production

🎶 This program is selective! Kids will be asked to read a short scene and can optionally sing a quick (30–60 second) song if they would like a singing role.

🌟 Camp Details:
Our summer camp runs June 8–28 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–3 PM) with performances at the end of camp.
Camp is free to attend, with a minimum suggested donation of $100 per camper.

Join us with The Ash & Wild Cask this afternoon at Mills River Brewing Co. from 2–5 PM for an afternoon of rowdy Celtic folk tunes, good beer, and plenty of sing-along moments.

We’ll be playing a big mix of classic Irish favorites in the spirit of bands like The Dubliners and The Clancy Brothers — plus a handful of our own originals (including a couple you might recognize from The Last Light of Tullowyth).

Expect mandolin, guitar, flute, bodhrán, and plenty of chances to clap, sing, and raise a glass with us. If you know the choruses… we expect to hear you. 🍀

Grab a pint, bring a friend, and come make some noise with us.

☘️ A little story behind The Ash & Wild Cask… ☘️

I started this band for a pretty simple reason — I’ve always had a deep love for Celtic music. I’m 50% Irish (my mom’s maiden name is O’Connor), and somewhere along the way those pub songs, ballads, and storytelling traditions really got into my bones.

If you’ve seen me around Mountain Page Theater or at our shows with Acting Up Fantasy Events, you know how much I love bringing people together through music and stories. Creating music as an adult has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and putting together The Ash & Wild Cask has been such a fun way to share that with friends and our community.

So this St. Patrick’s Day, we’re bringing a bit of the Irish pub spirit to Saluda — expect sing-alongs, lively Celtic tunes, and a night of good music and good company.

The luck of the Irish is coming to Saluda on Tuesday, March 17 with The Ash & Wild Cask bringing a rowdy Celtic pub night to the deck!

Expect high-energy Irish & Scottish folk, sing-alongs, musical games, and plenty of laughs as the audience becomes part of the show. If you like a good pint, a good story, and a good chorus to shout along with — this is your night.
