During his early teens he started to feel his passion for cooking thanks to his sweet mother Sonnia's home cooking. dministration in 2001 and since then he has traveled a culinary path that has allowed him to achieve the perfect combination of knowledge and experience in different countries such as Peru, Mexico and the US. In 2008 he had the opportunity to travel to New York city to redefine and update his technical work as a Chef and worked for a variety of large and prestigious restaurants throughout Long Island.
