Fresh local greens from , sweet drop peppers, shaved red onions, sugar snap peas, and juicy SC strawberries all tossed in our house strawberry balsamic vinaigrette. ✨

Big love to our local farmers 💙🌻 Having access to beautiful, seasonal produce is what keeps us inspired and cooking up the good stuff.

Hello friends! We’ve got some bangin’ new menu items for you this week so get up off that thang and come see us! 🔥

💥NC Wild-Caught Fried Catfish Po’ Boy 🎣
Marinated in turmeric, spices, coconut milk, topped with slaw, pickles, green harissa and remoulade, all served on a hoagie from (gluten-free without the bun!)

🍓 Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam Cookie Bars
Decadent and gluten-free!

💥Chicken Confit
Topped with apricot mustard and served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes, alongside a fresh spring salad with local lettuces from sweet drop peppers, snap peas, and strawberry balsamic dressing

Have you tried the Porchetta Sammie yet?!

We’re taking pork belly rolling it with thyme, rosemary, garlic, and orange zest… dry brining for 72 hours, then roasted high then low and slow for that perfect combo: crispy, crackly exterior + insanely juicy interior.

Stacked on a fluffy brioche bun from with garlic aioli, green papaya chow chow, and collard greens bringing it all together

This one is pure indulgence.
