I don’t know if I’ve shared this here but, I’m also an herbalist. That means when you hire me and we head out to the woods you’ll see me foraging here and there along the way. Since moving to Asheville, I’ve decided that this summer-into-fall transition is my very favorite. A micro season, if you will.

Starting the day with a crispy morning and a warm cup of coffee really just sets the tone for me, ya know?

Plus, the first frost is still just far enough away to pretend that we have all the time in the world left to garden this season.

Turned 38 over the weekend and starting tomorrow - for the first time ever - both of my kids will be in school full time. I haven’t had this many hours to myself since becoming a mother and honestly, my mind is spinning a bit at all of the possibilities!

While it’s bittersweet in many ways, it feels like an exciting new chapter is just beginning for Little Wild Bloom. I’m thrilled to have the capacity to work with more lovely couples and take on fun new projects - plus I get to dive deeper into growing my tiny garden to its fullest potential!
