A morning ceremony at Peri’s Social House was the start of this truly amazing day! Surrounded by their children, family and friends who traveled from all over,they made it official. Then off to the Funkatorium for one heck of a party! Great food, music & fun! Grateful I got to be part of it and felt like family when it was over!!

Every wedding is special, but when the couple are dear friends of your daughter, it makes it even more special! Courtney and Andy were medical students at Chapel Hill together and became great friends! I so enjoyed getting to know them both through the planning process and helping them on their big day was a joy! Surrounded by family, friends and gorgeous mountains… it doesn’t get better than that! Every wedding has its own energy & feel. Ellen & Chris’s wedding had a magical vibe from beginning to end. From their friends & family helping to decorate, her bridesmaid making her desserts, friends playing music, officiating and taking photos…one of my favorite parts of the evening was when the whole wedding party collaborated to give the best toasts (poem)ever.. it was an amazing thing to watch!
