Dear Mountain Thyme Clients,
Thank you so much for the incredible support you’ve given me over the past few years. Cooking for you and your families each week — and helping create memorable experiences through catering — has been such a joy and a privilege.
Some of you may already know this, but I’m excited to share that I’ve been working with my business partner to take over the Food & Beverage program at Robinson Pub and Chestnut Mountain Golf Course in the High Vista neighborhood of Mills River. We’re preparing to open in November, and while I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready, I’ve also continued running Mountain Thyme Meals.
As much as I would love to keep doing both, it has simply become too much for one person. For now, I will be pausing Mountain Thyme Meals while I dedicate my full attention to Robinson Pub. My hope is to find the right person to continue what we’ve built together, and I truly believe this is not goodbye — just a new chapter.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have this opportunity to open a restaurant with my good friend and business partner, and I want you to know that this decision was not made lightly. Thank you again for your loyalty and support. I look forward to cooking for you again in the future!
