I turn 30 years old next month. Life has not always been easy, but God has been good to me. As I look toward a new decade, I look back over where I’ve been. Today I catered my 30th solo wedding and it was a special one as these two are extremely l special to me and Jess.

Due to some life changes, I have made the extremely hard decision to step away from wedding catering. We will still continue to cater conferences and corporate/ministry events, but today was my last wedding (with the exception of one in the future that’s been promised for years…you’re welcome, Brooke). I am extremely thankful to have been entrusted with the catering needs of these 30 couples over the years, all before I turn 30. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s a privilege I don’t take lightly.

Today was bitter sweet, but I couldn’t imagine it ending any more perfect, getting to cater a wonderful wedding for some of my “kids”!

Antonio and Sam, I wish you all the best in this next chapter, and I hope you know how deeply you both are loved.

We made no bake cheesecake cups and homemade chicken alfredo! Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow!

It’s currently about -14 degrees with 80 MPH winds, but we’re all set up and ready here at 1/2 Price Grocery and Things along with the other brave and wonderful vendors! Come see us from 10-3! We’re the last table down by the petting zoo and front door!

A couple years ago I threw a couple bottles of random spices together….and that’s how “Perky’s All-Purpose” was born. Now we make it in bulk and use it on just about everything.

Last spring, I made my first ever pulled pork seasoned with it…and now our pulled pork is something we’re known for—and it has become a signature menu item!

I recently accidentally signed up for (and paid for) 2 vendors fairs on the same day, so I am looking for someone to work one of them selling and promoting Clydesdale Creations!
