125 year old farmhouse, located on a 150 acre country family estate. Bead board walls, ceilings and floors are original. It has recently received a fresh coat of paint with colors that were selected from the National Register of Historic Places recommendations. For the most rustic of sites, we offer the Vintage Peacock Barn. A celebration can be held outside, inside or both. It accommodates from o

ne couple to 100 people. The Eagle Barn is a beautiful venue which was constructed around 1899. A celebration for one couple or up to 100 people can be held outside Eagle Barn. We hope to have the inside of Eagle Barn ready for celebrations in the near future. Additionally, we have a lakeside site with a large banquet room and bar that accommodates up to 100 people. A celebration can be held outside or inside with a grand lake view. We invite you to call or text us for more information. There is no charge to visit with us for more detailed information.

In May, The Farmer Historic Preservation Society will award a $1,000 scholarship at Southwestern Randolph High and a $1,000 scholarship at South Davidson High. Thank you for your support, especially those who attend and support our annual Scholarship Fundraiser Dinner each year!
