It's truly a blessing that we love to share with people on their special day! I work tirelessly to make each detail perfection for you! Below is our pricing:

The pricing includes:

Parking
Free range of grounds for decor , ceremony , rehearsal . Patio with lighting
Golf cart use
Access to refrigerator and filling working kitchen. Wrap around porch perfect for reception food. Eggs, biscuits , me

at of choice. Mimosa bar. ( 20 people ). Rehearsal dinner the night before ( if desired )
Handmade wooden bar
Paid bartender
Ceremony chairs ( up to 150)
Linens ( white ) for tables
Extra Edison lights for decor use. ( 100 feet for tents ). Two porta potties

Total price : $4,000

Non refundable deposit required to book: $1,500. We have several preferred vendors we work with and can get you in contact with them if desired. The grounds are perfect for your perfect day. Many choices in setting for ceremony and reception. Ceremony chairs are provided in this total cost ( up to 150 chairs ). Reception tables and chairs are a separate charge, and I can quote you on those as soon as you give me a number of people. If you are interested in touring, let’s schedule a time! Porta potties are REQUIRED to book at The Hubbard House. You will have access to our well water for use. Bridal party ONLY allowed inside the house. No exceptions. Thank you ,

Our Story

THE HUBBARD HOUSE Hello, Thank you for your interest in The Hubbard House Weddings. We would love to work with you to create the wedding of your dreams in Farmer, North Carolina. The Hubbard House was built in 1904. It's Southern charm draws guests in and leaves a lasting impression of it's beauty. The house has a way of making you welcome and at peace. It's the perfect place to start a life long commitment of love. We have a list of catering companies, photographers, videographers, hair stylist, wedding planners that is available upon request. We understand that some couples already have a special person in their lives they would like to use as one of the services just listed. We allow other parties to come in. The house has two restrooms, which can be used by all guests. A golf cart to cater to the needs of handicapped and elderly. Several rooms to use to change, shower , and mingle before the wedding.

The BRIDAL party has free range of the entire 3,400 square foot antique home, as the Groomsmen have an executive pool house suite, with lounge furniture, a flat screen TV and a full bar. We offer refreshments free of charge to the Bridal party. ( Champagne or choice of beverage. and light snacks ) . We want the Bride to feel at home and relaxed. PRICING: January - April - $1,850 May-September - $1,900 October - December- $1,800 Pricing for Rehearsal dinner any day of the week - $350 > More than 150- $450 These prices are rental of the property, use of the restrooms, kitchen, and golf cart. This includes parking of guests, and a parking director the entire rental period. Shuttle of elderly and handicapped guests to and from cars. Weddings that have less than 200 people, we offer a separate clean up fee for $250. More than 200 people- $400. Before date can be set a half non refundable deposit must be made.
