Learn how to influence change at the state level. This timely and interactive workshop will focus on Virginia’s policy landscape and give you the tools to advocate effectively for your mission.

Topics include:
•Nonprofit advocacy and 501(c)(3) lobbying rules
•How Virginia state policy shapes your daily work
•An overview of Virginia’s legislative and budget processes
•How to use storytelling as a powerful advocacy tool
