someone told me there’s a great vitality in high bridge today! what a great word 👌🏽 same goes to the beautiful arrangements made + installed by the talented !! (love the purple POPS in the cabbage AND crocheted blanket on the right 💜) and shout out to andrew from .size.cycling for the bicycle wheel that’s now living as a wreath on our front door!!! 👊🏾

‘there’s never enough time’. ‘ i don’t know how to use my camera’. ‘I don’t have the right space for photography’. ‘it’s so frustrating’.
Yep, I hear these words often and yep, I used to hear them in my own head too…honestly, it wasn’t all that hard, it did take some time and it did take some commitment and even asking strangers (now friends) for feedback and ideas. No matter the hurdles, where there is a will, there surely is a way💛.

The bowl slightly turned to showcase that oddball bicolor bloom; advice I learned from vicariously through Becky recalling her time spent in a 1:1 with Bridget. My eyeballs are going, but my ears are still keen!

•Attendees will learn to construct & decorate their own custom-designed fresh mixed-evergreen wreath. Sustainably sourced & gathered winter greens, eucalyptus, moss, natural decos, ribbon & a curated selection of baubles will be provided- as well as step by instructions, and lots of cheer!

We’re bombarded day in and day out (and yes, I’m aware of my own contribution), but how often do we ask ourselves why we ‘like’ what we see?
If you like this, I think you, perhaps unwittingly, have a great appreciation for simplicity; that notion that less is more. Unknown to you too, may be that you appreciate the beauty found in a very small radius, things grown locally and organically.
Ask your florist for earth friendly flowers…it’s a small thing that really is a big deal.
