Please read.
Hi everyone. I want to introduce you to my grandson, James Daniel. Back in May, my daughter learned at a routine pregnancy anatomy scan that this sweet little nugget has a rare and serious heart condition called pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum (PA/IVS). Baby James underwent a cardiac cath at just three days old to place a stent and open up his pulmonary valve. Boston Children's Hospital is the best place for his treatment, so along with my daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, and grandpup, I've temporarily relocated to a Boston area AirBnB. While mom and dad spend long hours at the hospital, I'm helping out by caring for my 21-month-old granddaughter, Mollie, and looking forward to the day when I can hold my little grandson - he's ten days old now, so hopefully soon. Good thoughts and prayers appreciated.
I've always had the loveliest clientele, and my fall couples graciously understood that I would need to step back from their weddings. I've left them in the best hands and can't wait to see their pictures. I miss you all and wish you the best.
KFD is no longer wedding planning but hopes to return next year to a less demanding role that will allow me to spend more time with my family. I will never forget all my sweet couples - thank you for trusting me to guide you through the wedding planning process. Jackie, Gemma, Maggie, Annie, and Emma - thank you for believing in my little dream and for your constant support and inspiration.
