Video of Live on Stage at the Buffalo Chip Stage, Sturgis SD 40,000 crowd leading onto the stage the Irish Tullamore Dew Ambassador immediately before Nickleback takes the stage !!!

Piping tune is The Gary Owen, a tune whistled by Frank McCourt's father in Angela's Ashes pulitzer price winning author, who's brother Mallachy McCourt I played a wedding with in Aspen 15 years ago, the tune The Gary Owen was Custers choice for the 7th Cavalry battle charge, as it remains today with that US Army unit. Playing "The Gary Owen" (which is also the same melody as "The Campbell's Are Coming") here on stage was very historic for me, as it would have been the last tune Custer heard here in South Dakota.

Had a great show at Buffalo Chip Stage in Sturgis a few days ago. 44,000 audience as I played The Gary Owen on the stage 20 minutes before Nickleback started.

Great times and we had a really fun night, here is a video of 1/2 of the crowd that I took from the VIP stage after performing for the Tullamore Dew Ambassador, and her Irish Whisky Toast to the crowd!

Played a birthday party for Jennifer yesterday, helping her to play Amazing Grace on the electronic pipes for her friends.

Great job Jennifer!!! We all had a great night celebrating your birthday at Brother in Laws Bar.

Hi folks, today I'm up here at the Sturgis Rally in South Dakota playing the bagpipes for William Grant Co. Owners of Tullamore Dew.

Good times here, 95 degrees and pure sunshine, thousands of Harleys, bikini clad women, bars, music stages, veterans, American Flags, and the beautiful backdrop of the Black Hills, South Dakota, which was Custer's favorite place in America.

I've played a few stages so far and will be leading the Tullamore Dew Reps onto the stage playing bagpipes immediately after Nickleback ends their show, followes by Tullamore Dew closing the show with a Toast and t-shirts being flung out to the 10,000 to 30,000 people audience.

Up here for 24 hours and back to Denver to perform for a memorial service tomorrow.

Performed a very meaningful service today for a Navy serviceman who was on the USS Rosevelt Carrier, who lost his wife recently. His brother served on the USS Midway in the late 70's.

So sad for his loss and the pipes brought back their memories together of their many trips around Scotland.

Thank you to the family for the deep honor of allowing me to celebrate the life of a good Irish lad at Clancy’s Irish Pub this week. It was a beautiful tribute, and I’m truly grateful to have been part of it. My heart is with you all.

A big shout-out to the very fun Lakewood Country Club members and staff for the 2025 Annual Member Tournament called The Sliceroo.

This marks my 10th (maybe 12th!) year piping for the final two teams on the 18th hole — from tee-off to green — as they battle it out for the win. I always pause the piping during their shots on and around the green, of course. 🎶
