I was asked to play the bagpipes for the National Golden Retriever Association, with over 100 dogs being judged as they ran past the skirl of the pipes.

Golden Retrivers hail from Scotland originally, and the National Competitiin has competitors from Japan, Europe, and throughout the USA, all trying to get the top 20 Best in Show.

Today takes my bagpipes to Aspen, Colorado to play for a wonderful couple as they celebrate their Wedding Day with bagpipes at the church.

Enjoying a second night of performance with the Todd Creek Over 55 Community musical show, as their performing arts show of 24 songs called The Four Tenors enters it's second night. Pipes playing to this 300 person audience, good fun, and really great people who know how to have fun!

A quick shout out to Folds of Honor, a very meaningful nonprofit, created to provide scholarships for family members of wounded Veterans and wounded First Responders, folks who gave all for our country.

Folds of Honor is run by a former Seal and his wife, the organization hires me to play the bagpipes at it's Golf Course Fundraising Tournaments each year, and yesterday morning we were at TPC Colorado Golf Course in Berthoud, Colorado.

A great organization with great people involved in it, all making the world a better place!

Had a very busy week of piping!

Piping yesterday at the top of Steamboat Springs Mountain in support of the Rabbit Run. About 300 runners, they start in town and run up the 10,000 foot mountain and are in 2 groups. 1 group runs a 50 miles race and one runs a 100 mile race. I drove to the top of the mountain to play for 2 hours as the runners came in to the mile 96, at the near end of the race.

Then made my way to Castle Rock for a great Cherokee Ranch and Castle "Whiskies of the World" tasting, with some of the very best people I know!
