Excuse us, we just realized we have never properly introduced ourselves! Our names are Courtney, Emma, and Nolan, and we make up the Marnie’s Minis team. Our father-daughter trio has been working on this small business since January 2024.

Courtney, the coffee connoisseur, wanted to create an affordable sweet stop for kids and parents alike. A loving mother herself, she named it Marnie’s Minis, after her spunky daughter, and it is just like her; a business full of mini-sized items with mighty flavor!

Emma, the social superstar, is always busy on our media pages, taking pictures, or working on branding. Known as the beloved Auntie Em behind the ‘Auntie Em’s Special’, she is a little more behind the scenes this year because she just welcomed her own little one!

Nolan, the idea man, spends all of our money. Just kidding! He works hard to help us buy more inventory, come up with new ideas, and built our amazing mobile food truck. We don’t know where we would be without him!

We have spent the last two years traveling to festivals, birthday parties, and sporting events while serving up mini melts, donuts and coffee. We have enjoyed every minute of it, so follow us to stay up-to-date on all things mini, and know where to find us next!
