Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, bonus moms, grandmas, dog moms, and mother figures who make life so beautiful 💐🤍

At Bessy the Foto Bus, we get to witness some of the sweetest moments between moms and their families — the laughter, the hugs, the happy tears, and the memories captured forever in a photo strip. Those moments mean everything to us.

Today we celebrate the women who hold families together, hype everyone up before photos, carry snacks in their purse “just in case,” and somehow still look amazing doing it all. 😉

🎀 OFF-SEASON PROJECT UNLOCKED 🎀

What do photo booth owners do during wedding downtime?
Apparently… we convince ourselves we’re professional drapery artists now. 😂

This was my VERY first attempt at creating a custom draped backdrop for our open-air booth, and naturally I picked the windiest day in California history to test it out. 🌬️💀

There were flying fabrics.
There were clamps fighting for their lives.
At one point I’m pretty sure the backdrop almost became a kite. 🪁

BUT honestly… I think she turned out pretty cute. 🥹✨

We love using our slower season to learn new crafts, dream up new ideas, and create fun upgrades for all of our future weddings and events. This backdrop will be available for our open-air booth setups and we cannot wait to style it for upcoming celebrations! 🤍

Moral of the story:
Never underestimate a determined woman, a pile of fabric, and way too much caffeine. ☕😂

✨ BIG NEWS from Bessy the Foto Bus ✨

We’re officially putting the bus in park for a little while… because the most important adventure is about to begin 💙

We’ll be out of the office from March 30th – May 1st as we celebrate the arrival of our new grandson!! 🍼✨

Cue all the baby snuggles, happy tears, and soaking in every sweet moment 🥹

I’ll still be popping in here and there to check emails and voicemails, and will get back to you as soon as I can — thank you so much for your patience during this special time 🤍
