Oh Claire + Henry… if joy had a personality, it would look exactly like these two. Warm, kind, wonderfully affable—and honestly hilarious in the best, most effortless way. Their energy together absolutely gives golden retriever.

Their wedding day carried that same sunshine. Beautiful, thoughtful, relaxed, and full of joy with two truly lovely humans celebrating in a way that felt entirely, perfectly them. What a day. We loved the little details of their day and how they complimented the ranch so beautifully (those napkins!).

As we head into Thanksgiving and start to wind down our 2025 season, we’re feeling all kinds of grateful out here on the ranch. This year brought us some of the kindest couples, families who welcomed us right into their circle, and a dream team of friendors who showed up with heart, hustle, and genuine teamwork every. single. weekend.

And of course- Mother Nature herself. She gave us golden hours that stopped us in our tracks, breezes that made for the best summer nights, and just enough wildflowers to make every celebration feel a little extra special.

To everyone who trusted us with their day: thank you. You’re the reason this place feels the way it does.

Michaela + Caleb… where do we even start? These two made the rainiest day feel like warm sunshine. Truly. They showed up so ready to celebrate this new chapter together that a little rain didn’t stand a chance at dimming their joy.

And wouldn’t you know it- Mother Nature noticed. She paused the downpour just long enough for these gorgeous images and the sweetest garden ceremony.

Thinking back to Morgan + Anthony’s day earlier this fall with these photos- what an amazing day captured! The weather truly showed off for them, and those golden hour meadow shots in the mustard? Some of the dreamiest we’ve ever seen. We’re just so glad they had such a perfect day to share with their favorite people.

Their wedding had a quiet kind of magic with the warm fall light, the relaxed vibe, the way everyone seemed to settle right into the moment with them. It was simple, heartfelt, and beautifully done!

Our meadow is gorgeous in just about every season, but she absolutely sings in the fall. Mustard and wild grasses stretch as far as the eye can see, glowing under that long golden-hour light we’re known for. And that coastal ridge? She shows off every single time.

What a joy this past weekend was! One of the best parts of what we do is getting to work with such wonderful people- and we’ve been so lucky that every couple who’s chosen the ranch has been just that. Ashley + Nik are no exception. These two are kind, brilliant, and beautiful inside and out, surrounded by the loveliest family and friends.

They also got one of those perfect ranch weather days; plenty of sunshine, a gentle breeze, and a golden hour that was, well, truly golden. Then right on cue, a little marine layer rolled in like a back-up dancer, and their meadow portraits turned out absolutely dreamy.

What a lovely fall day for Victoria + Nick! We just adored this sweet couple, who envisioned and created a day that was intimate, intentional, and completely their own. From their wedding sneakers (both Vans — his old school classics and hers custom with bridal bling) to the heartfelt personal touches sprinkled throughout, everything about this celebration felt authentically them. These two truly seem like two halves of one whole.
