The Wizard's Yule Ball is only 4 days away!
Please check the ticket holder's email for important announcements, including details about parking, etc.
An email went out this morning, and another will go out around noon on Saturday!

Parking at the venue is extremely limited and first-come, first-served.

Please review the attached parking map for all available parking areas.

VIP Parking (Dumbledore’s Army)
VIP ticket holders have access to a VIP parking lot as part of their perks.

This lot is first-come, first-served and has limited spaces.

A separate email will be sent on Saturday with your VIP parking pass.

Once the VIP lot is full, VIP ticket holders will receive complimentary passes for the Knight Bus shuttle.

Knight Bus Shuttle (Strongly Recommended)
We strongly encourage all guests to use the Knight Bus Shuttle, running between the Marriott at Pittsburgh Mills and the venue. Ticket required!

Runs from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight)
Departs approximately every 30 minutes
$10 per person (round trip)
The final shuttle leaves the venue at 12:00 AM

Attention students!
As the 7th annual Yule Ball draws near, please make note that parking at the venue is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To avoid any Muggle-world inconveniences, I strongly recommend making use of the Knight Bus Shuttle from the Marriott at Pittsburgh Mills.

Members of Dumbledore's Army enjoy the perk of VIP parking; however, these spots are also limited and are also first-come, first-served. Look for your VIP parking pass in a future owl.

The Knight Bus runs 5 PM–Midnight, every 30 minutes.
Shuttle fare is $10 per person (round trip).
Final shuttle leaves the venue promptly at the stroke of midnight.
