Taught my last class at the tonight!! Springtime Pasta making at its finest!! Fresh pappardelle and farfalle in a mint and meyer lemon pesto with crumbled goat cheese and a parmesan cream sauce with roasted asparagus! Everything was delicious, but most importantly fun to learn!! 🍋 👩🏼‍🍳 🌿 ♥️

It all started with cooking classes at Sur and I couldn’t be happier for our friend and her amazing staff at ♥️ Run don’t walk and make sure you leave with one of everything like we did!! I fell in love with my Farmers Market Haul today so much that I proved Wednesdays do not have to be boring. Charred ramp pesto with guanciale and burrata with fresh bucatini and candy cane beet salad with fresh herbs, bee pollen, and oranges. What a dreamy dinner ♥️ .bid

Last night was a huge first for CBJ!! We had the honor in catering a surprise wedding 💍 🎩 It was such a special day and we were so happy to be a big part of it! Guests LOVED the food so much, that I didn’t even have a chance to take pics of it all, but knowing that CBJ’s food will forever be a memory for Julia and Lui is so incredibly special ♥️

Ten years ago, I walked into a cooking store, fell in love with the idea of teaching cooking, and turned to my husband and said, “Can I quit my job?” Thankfully, I have a partner who didn’t hesitate to say, “Absolutely.”

It’s amazing how quickly a decade flies by when you truly love what you do, the people you work with, and the community you’ve built along the way. What started as a simple idea became something so much bigger than I ever imagined—a thriving, successful company that I’m incredibly proud of.

In these ten years, I’ve had opportunities I once only dreamed of: appearing on the Food Network, cooking for celebrities, taking the pandemic and turning it into a positive thriving online experience for Fortune 500 companies, catering President Biden’s 2019 Westchester fundraiser, being named Best of Westchester for Best Personal Chef, and connecting with some of the most respected chefs in the area—people I’ve long admired who now know me, too.

I never could have predicted that CBJ would grow into what it is today. I’m beyond grateful, humbled, and excited for what’s still to come, and trust me there is a lot more coming stay tuned!!

Thank you to everyone who has hired me, continues to hire me, my amazing staff that make each and every job fun…I couldn’t do it without you, thank you to my friends and family who always support me both professionally and personally it means more than you’ll ever know!!! Let’s hear it for CBJ and the 10 years of awesomeness it has created!!!! ♥️👩🏼‍🍳🎉🥂
