Unofficial: We the People Meeting Hall, Cookery and Pop up Shop A caterer and small part-time restaurant and hall for rent. Open for Lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11-2. Cash only. Hall is available for private parties.

Will customize the menu to your group and event. Some of our planned events include:
• Private events for birthdays, showers, clubs, holidays, business meetings and the like
• Ticketed public events such as a monthly Supper Club, Victorian High Teas, Oscar parties, Super Bowl parties, trivia tournaments, and anything else that sounds like fun
• Yes or No to Go – Breakfast specials available fast

for early commuters
• People Playing with Food – Hands on cooking demonstrations;
some we’ll teach and then we want to learn your specialty
• Available to rent for pop-up shops – for portable merchants looking for temporary or rotating space
• Daily lunch specials – grab and go ‘til they’re gone
• Daily dinner specials – eat in once the dining room is ready
• Holiday Cookie Days - bring your grandkids and come and make cookies for gift-giving

September's menu. It's time to transition into heartier fare - but - I will watch the weather to make sure its actually getting cooler. Time to start with the squash soups and pumpkin spice everything. I've got a really terrific Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread that I'll be making soon. Watch for it. Until then, the Cookie Whisperer is actively suggesting which cookies to make and I'm making them. We're pausing on Monday for the Labor Day holiday, hope you do, too.

We've brought back two relatively new soups; the Mushroom, Meatball and Barley and the Hash Brown Corn Chowder. Both were instant hits. We're making Chicken Quesadillas with Fresh homemade Guacamole. Salads are back! Plus, the Cookie Whisperer has requested M&M cookies so that's what we'll have. As always, we're cooking from scratch and like to think we're creating some home-cooking classics. We're back! Back in the kitchen that is! We had a blast at the fair and now it's time to cook. Lunch tomorrow features the very popular Fried Bologna Sandwich with Pickles and Onions. We've got Italian Wedding Soup and Roasted Vegetable Soup and of course Grilled Cheese on Sourdough.
