We made the log trip down to Prosser to cook the McKinley Springs BBQ Showdown. With breathtaking views and favorable weather and wind conditions we had a great cook.

As we are wrapping up our trip to the Warrior BBQ Series Hawaii Great Hawaiian Smokeout, we thought we’d reflect a little with a beach day.

Mahalo to Kevin Schmidt and his team for hosting this epic adventure. Thank you for celebrating Veterans and bringing us all together to cook meat on the beach!!

We had a great cook over the course of 2 days. On Friday, we cooked a single rib contest, and we scored a 178.85 and tied with Smoke Craft BBQ but lost the tiebreaker placing 3rd. Congrats to Smokin Volts BBQ for the Perfect 180!

On Saturday, we got super busy with the first ever 4 meat KCBS contest in Hawaii.

We had a great cook, and enjoyed sharing some q with the folks checking out the event.

9th Pork
8th brisket.

5th Place Overall

After a 3 month hiatus, i rolled the Brisket Wagon down to the Enumclaw Expo Center for the inaugural BBQ, Brew’s & Brats event. The weather was perfect! Was great catching up with the other teams, enjoying some football on tv courtesy of .

Had an awesome cook for the competition, was a great primer for the Great Hawaiian Cookout.

3rd Chicken
2nd Brisket

For Reserve Grand Champion!!!

Was ever so edged out by by .04 of. Point! Congrats on your Grand Championship!!


Next up, the Great Hawaiian Cookout 2678 miles away in Waikiki!

Warpig Smokehouse made the trip down to Enumclaw for the BBQ, Brews and Brats event this weekend to do a little competition. We had a great cook, was able to get a Chicken call for the first time in a while.

It’s Thursday, and that means we will be at the Snohomish Farmers Market today from 3pm to 7pm! Come get your brisket fix!!

Also, tomorrow night 5pm to 9pm we will be at the Night Market Stilly Select Beef and Andrew's Hay farm on HWY 530 in Arlington.

We rolled the Brisket Wagon down to the Spring Fair BBQ Playoffs this last weekend to cook with 36 of our good friends at the Fairgrounds.

There was a ton of good times had, from Robs Lounge, to meeting Michael Symon and his crew.

Warpig Smokehouse had a great cook, we got to do some walking to the stage highlighted by a 1st place Rib Call, and a 4th Place salmon Eggs Benedict Royal with a Smoked Salmon Fritter.
Was super stoked to see my good friends walking to the stage with a 2nd place Rib and 7th place Pork using Warpig Smokehouse products!! Well done !!
Thanks to the Fair, PNWBA, and all the hard work Bill Stock put in to make this thing work! Much appreciated!!
