Merry Christmas!

We are so incredibly thankful for each and every one of you who have followed us on our journey.

My family is why I started Daybreak and how I am able to serve with such joy! If you knew our story, or you are new to the page, just know that Daybreak wouldn’t have been possible without their support.

Five years ago, following the birth of my son, I suffered a blood clot in my lungs that left me in the ICU with severe PPD, crippling anxiety and needing intensive medical care for months after. Being a new mother, working through panic attacks and navigating new medical needs was a lot for me to go through. I couldn’t leave the house, didn’t want to be left alone, couldn’t drive - it was so overwhelming. The normal small things became huge hurdles for me to climb.

Through everything God was there and He worked through so much pain for me. I am incredibly thankful for the love and support of my immediate family and my husband’s parents. Without them, I’m not sure what would have happened. The birth of my daughter just a year and a half after was a true miracle!

This experience made me realize that I wanted to live my life not in fear, but in abundant joy! Daybreak’s mission is to serve with joy, through the gift of great coffee! We love serving others with unforgettable hospitality and cannot wait to serve you ❤️ Having this business where I can serve others in so many different ways (coaching, consulting, sharing a cup together) has been such an incredible blessing to us.

It may be fall but it’s always iced coffee season on the cart 😘🍂

The fall season has been a busy one for us! We’ve been working on some fun projects (including drinks on draft!). ✨

Our books for 2024 are almost full with a few spots open in December. If you’re a Seattle local and have been eyeing the cart to create a fun experience for your guests,now is the time!

With a full espresso bar all of our drinks can be made hot or iced to fit your event. Wanting a non-coffee option? We’ve got matcha, chai & kombucha!

Hello friends!

My name is Sarah and I’m the owner of Daybreak Coffee Cart☕️

You’ll find me behind the bar serving up espresso as well as answering the emails, scheduling events & all the other stuff that comes along with a small business. My husband Jesse is my incredible supporter (and loader of heavy things). Without him, Daybreak wouldn’t be possible!

We have two small children and love being able to spend time nurturing them through this season of littleness. With Jesse’s background in organic agriculture and my background as a pastry chef, we strive to teach our children about the importance of food and community relationships. Our favorite thing to do together is work in our garden and spend time cooking meals. 👩‍🍳

Daybreak began as a dream to spread joy and create connection one cup of coffee at a time. I love being able to serve each and every guest. In a world where discouragement is rampant, I believe in the value of joy and intentionality.

Daybreak serves locally roasted coffee straight from , while prioritizing organic ingredients and compostable materials. We believe in serving quality beverages while supporting our local community✨
