We went from making a few platters at home to becoming the most unlikely sushi sensation in Dallas, all while keeping our customers safe with curbside pickup. Our secret? Fresh fish from Japan, zero overstock drama, and a team of ninja chefs who showed up to save the day (thanks, guys!). We went from 0 to 70-90 trays a week, and even got featured by the foodies of Dallas! Loyal customers can't get enough, and we're just trying to keep up. Who knew the pandemic would be the best thing that happened to our sushi business?!
