Forget all that extra noise that’s distracting us from what REALLY matters. Truth is, you want this platter on your kitchen island just as bad as I do, but only YOU know how to get this baddie to appear. All we gotta do is make it! Right? Don’t worry about the logistics of how it got here from Japan and what sales rep I had to charm to overlook my balance when I picked it all up. Just TUNE out everything else because quite honestly. The world is so DAMN loud right now with all this extra bu****it that makes all of our job titles just a little more…whatever! Before I take this one off the menu; it’s 25% off for the rest of the month

How to order:

Apologize in advance for any confusion because my small business has been under construction forever but let’s go over what matters!

Step 1: Shoot ya boy a message on IG! (FB users please send a text or call the number attached to the page)

Step 2: Choose a pickup day and time (if available) choose your size platter (pricing pinned on my IG post NOT story)

Step 3: After confirmed payment via Zelle/Apple Pay (Yes we accept CC through Square Processing) I will send pick up location. (Be prepared to drive to Euless)

Step 4: Day of, confirm your time that morning and before you arrive for accurate timing. Everything is cut fresh off the bone/skin and kept cold so travel time has little effect!

Step 5: Please be courteous of wait time to add finishing touches, because everything is made fresh before you order it, respect that I didn’t make your platter hours in advance and have all my fish precut like a jackass. Just message when you’ve arrived and stay in the car (preferred with A/C on if you have it 😅) Chef Thi will bring it right out and help you load it. (I don’t judge if your car is dirty!)

Everything I’m inspired by comes from a place where craftsmanship actually means something. Where doing it right matters more than doing it fast, and freshness isn’t a trend — it’s the standard. I’ve learned that caring this much can be both a gift and a curse. There’s no easy way wired into me, no shortcuts that feel right, even when they’d make life simpler. I only want this to be available to the people who respect the process, the detail, and the time it takes. Not for everyone — and that’s very intentional. If patience, quality, and restraint feel inconvenient, you’ll probably be happier elsewhere.
