Please enjoy my heavy breathing as I attempt to walk my dogs.

I ran right before walking them and really should have taken a breather😆

I would love to kill 2 birds with one stone and let the dogs run with me but I fear they will be dragging me down the road if I attempt that. So for now we will keep those two exercises seperate.

I am very thankful for my team and for them letting me join them, we do it for fun and it's honestly something I look foward to every week!
