Hola Familia and amigos.

I am saddened that I have to write this post. It’s been over 2.5 years that I decided to take on my passion of cooking to a larger scale.
I went on and purchased my big 250 gallon smoker and started cooking BBQ for new customers other than my family.
After serving 100’s of people and hopefully pleased each and everyone of y’all.

My journey down the BBQ lane has come to a pause!
I know GOD has the best intentions for me, as I will return soon.
My heart is saddened but I have to look for what’s best for my family, I will see y’all soon.
Met a lot of great souls and had some awesome food conversations 😎

For the meantime if y’all can follow my business account on Facebook and help the growth I will greatly appreciate it.

Smoked pork belly season with only salt and black pepper. Taste is insanely delicious, strong on the black pepper “that’s just my preference “.

The turkey flew right out of the smoker last week. Pork butt and brisket also made it on the menu for some special costumers.
