Tables and linen, Clear Chiavari Chairs and coverings, centerpieces, table top decor, wall to wall pipe n drape, uplights, stage setup. Throne chairs, Security, Cleanup. Dressing area, kitchen and outside catering is allowed. Facility is equipped with full bar setup.

New Facility intro price. (For a limited time) $3404.00 + $300.00 refundable security deposit or proof of rental insurance. Not inclusive of tax or surcharges.

The Black Friday sale $1000.00 off the rental with half down to reserve and is NON REFUNDABLE if canceled.

Open House is scheduled for January 15th.
