Happy Sunday!!! A Wonderful event on Saturday night with a live comedy show was amazing. Thank you Stacy Forte for having us!!🥰 Full Catering and the menu consisted of lasagna, chicken parmesan, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken scallopini along with a Caprese salad and fresh baked Italian bread.

Sunday Pasta with family is always the best day of the week when you can finally get everyone together. Include good friends that are like family, even better!❤️❤️🙏🙏🇮🇹🇮🇹 Started by making gravy in the morning that simmered for seven hours, browned the sausage, cooked meatballs, made the brajiloi and then all in the gravy to simmer! Made a caponata served with chard roasted garlic and rosemary bread to start along with a fresh rosemary and confit garlic focaccia. Then on to rigatoni wth gravy, after a mixed Italian salad and the meats that cooked all day with the gravy. Finished with a tiramisu that I made that morning and fresh meat, espresso!

Yes always too much food, but never enough at the same time because I’m sending people home with to go containers 😂🙏🙏❤️❤️
