How it works: This is a flexible, as-needed role—perfect for anyone looking to earn extra money on evenings and weekends without committing to a weekly schedule. We'll reach out when events pop up, and you can jump in when it fits your availability!

What we look for in our team members:
🎈 A positive, dependable, "can-do" attitude
🎈 Quick-moving, efficient, and ready to dive in
🎈 Creative, team-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
🚗 Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation to get to event venues!

No balloon experience needed — we’ll teach you everything! Just bring a willingness to learn and great energy. ✨
