When a foundation raises funds to support veterans and skilled trades, every detail matters.
We recently partnered with a client on a fundraiser, a three-day program designed to inspire donors while giving back through hands-on community service.
Our role? Making sure nothing got in the way of their mission.
Day 1: Coordinated three unique offsite experiences (zipline adventures, e-bike tours, and a custom pitmaster experience), plus welcome reception décor and entertainment, and associate dinner setup with five VIP breakout dinners.
Day 2: The heart of the event, a community project day. We managed volunteer transportation, brought in a DJ to energize the team, supplied breakstation equipment and food, coordinated a mobile restroom trailer, and pivoted the evening's "Groovy at the Grove Park" networking dinner indoors when weather struck. The show went on with live glass blowing demos from the NC Glass Center, a 360-degree photo booth, and seamless décor transition.
Day 3: Supported transportation for their golf and pickleball tournament to close out the program.
Three days. Multiple venues. One powerful mission. When organizations are doing work that matters, we make sure the logistics don't get in the way of the impact.
Thank you as always to our vendors who helped deliver impact.
