Now that Alyssa is officially married, I can finally share her beautiful bridal session! 🤍

We spent the sweetest evening at the Emory & Henry University in Emory, Virginia, surrounded by timeless architecture, gorgeous light, and so many meaningful places. Alyssa looked absolutely stunning in her classic gown, and her soft, colorful bouquet was the perfect finishing touch.

Bridal sessions will always be one of my favorites—a relaxed evening to celebrate the bride and create beautiful portraits without the rush of the wedding day. Alyssa, you were an absolute dream to photograph! ✨

These two are just ADORABLE. 🤍

Layla & Chance’s engagement session was full of the sweetest moments, gorgeous light, and so much laughter—the kind of session that feels completely effortless because you can tell they genuinely love being together.

And I love what’s ahead for them even more. They’re getting ready to build their home on family land, creating a place where they’ll begin married life and make so many memories together. There’s just something extra special about putting down roots in a place that already means so much. 🥹

One of my favorite parts of a wedding day happens before the couple ever steps in front of my camera.

I’m usually wandering around, noticing things.

The light through the trees. The flowers. The way the dress is hanging in the room. Little details the couple spent months choosing.

That was especially true at this Grant Hill Farms wedding.

There’s so much to photograph at a venue like this, and I love taking a few quiet minutes before the day gets busy to really look around.

When I photograph wedding details, I’m not just thinking about whether something looks pretty.

I’m thinking about the story behind it.

What did they choose? Why did it matter? What will they want to remember years from now?

Because sometimes the things you barely noticed on your wedding day end up being some of your favorite photographs.

And honestly, getting to photograph weddings in new places is one of my favorite parts of this job. Grant Hill Farms in Georgia gave me so many beautiful little moments to notice and document.

There are some wedding details you only really notice when you slow down. 🤍

A fresh manicure. A new ring. The flowers sitting nearby while everyone gets ready.

They might seem like tiny details in the moment, but when you look back at your wedding photos years later, they can bring you right back to that morning.

I loved photographing these details at Grant Hill Farms before the day really got moving. Her hands were about to hold her bouquet, reach for her partner, and be part of so many moments throughout the day.

But first, there was this quiet little moment.

That’s what I love about photographing wedding details. They tell part of the story before the ceremony even begins.

The rings. The flowers. The earrings. The shoes. The little things you picked specifically for your wedding day.

I want to photograph all of it.

And getting to photograph a Grant Hill Farms wedding in Georgia was such a fun reminder of why I love this work. New places, beautiful light, and couples with their own stories to tell.

**Dreanna & Josh | Greenville, SC Engagement Session** 🤍

Some engagement sessions are beautiful because of the location. Others are beautiful because of the people. With Dreanna & Josh, it was both.

As friends, getting to document this season of their lives is such an incredible honor. Watching the way Josh looks at Dreanna and seeing how effortlessly they make each other laugh made this session feel so genuine and full of joy. Their love is calm, intentional, and the kind that makes you smile behind the camera.

We spent the evening exploring the heart of downtown Greenville, from the timeless architecture to the beautiful paths surrounding Falls Park on the Reedy. Golden light, elegant style, and one of South Carolina's most iconic locations created the perfect backdrop for celebrating this exciting chapter before they say "I do."

I already know their December wedding in Greenville is going to be absolutely beautiful, and I cannot wait to stand beside them, camera in hand, as they begin their forever together.

Some couples radiate so much happiness that it's impossible not to completely fall in love with them!

Allie & Tom are that kind of couple, and being a part of their wedding day made me realize just how much I love being a photographer. I find myself smiling from ear to ear every time I edit a new image because the joy of their wedding day is simply contagious.

What a wonderful day celebrating Madison & Austin's wedding at Grant Hill Farms, an amazing wedding venue in Commerce, Georgia. Madison is a wedding planner herself and she had every detail covered from the absolutely stunning florals by Oopsie Daisy Florals to the wedding crest designed by Madison herself.

Surrounded by the people they love most, Madison & Austin's day was filled with joyful moments, sweet glances, and so much intention. From their timeless portraits beside the vintage car to the beautiful blue, blush, and pink details woven throughout the day, every element reflected their personalities perfectly. It was such an honor to capture the beginning of this next chapter and witness a love that is as genuine as it is beautiful.
