There was something so special about Sarah and Cole’s wedding day 🤍

The soft light pouring through the windows, the sweetest quiet moments before everything began, and a kind of joy you could feel in every room. From a slow, meaningful morning to a celebration that carried on late into the night—this day was truly everything.

Every detail felt so intentional, so reflective of who they are… but what stood out most was their love. Steady, joyful, and deeply rooted in kindness—the kind that fills a space and lingers long after the music fades.

Days like this are such a beautiful reminder of why I do what I do. It is truly an honor to step into these moments, to serve, and to watch it all come to life so seamlessly.

Happy 4 years to JC!!🤍

Four years of stepping out in faith—trusting God with the unknown and watching Him do far more than I could have ever imagined!!

This business began with a calling placed on my heart, one rooted in service, stewardship, and joy. Each season has carried lessons, stretching moments, and constant reminders that this work is never done alone. I have always had the Lord by my side!!

In honor of turning four, I knew it was time for a fresh look—one that truly reflects who we are today. A brand filled with joy while still feeling luxurious, refined, and timeless. I couldn’t do this on my own, which is why I turned to Angela with .co.designs once again.

When I first launched Joy Coordinating, I struggled to define a symbol for what I do. I don’t create through a lens or with petals and wire, yet Angela immediately grasped the heart behind my business. She designed a symbol made of cursive J’s—the same J found in Joy—woven together. We strive to have joy woven into every part of our couples wedding planning journey!! It felt intentional, meaningful, and so us.

A heartfelt thank you to and for capturing images that feel honest, peaceful, and so true to who I am! The creativity, encouragement, and care you both poured into every detail mean more than you know—I’m endlessly grateful for of you!!!

And to my JC fam—every past and present couple who has trusted me with their love story—thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! You are the heart behind Joy Coordinating. To every vendor who has partnered with me and every person who has prayed over this business—thank you!!

Best day ever!!

Hi! Welcome to Joy Coordinating!! On this side of the internet we help brides (and grooms😉) bring their vision to life!!! We want to make sure you have the best experience here, and by the end of your wedding day you were happy with every planning step!! That’s why we have gone ahead and made a few changes!!!

The first, and probably the biggest change that we have is, we do not offer Month of Coordination going into 2025! This is now called Event Management!! This package will be available to those who have done all the planning prior to their wedding, and they need a hand on the actual wedding day to make sure things run smoothly! For more information on this package email us and we get can provide you with more information☺️

Second, we are now opening our services to the surrounding areas: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and more areas outside of Western North Carolina!! ✈️ We have done weddings outside of Western North Carolina and we are ready to do more!!

Lastly, to make an even better planning experience for you guys, we have decided to work with Honeybook and Aisle Planner!! We are getting to the point where we are serving more people and we want to make sure that this experience is the absolute best!!! 🫶🏻

We are so excited to see what 2025 will bring us and will shortly be opening up our 2026 calendar as well! So keep your eyes open for that as well!!

Truthfully these past almost 3 years, I have been blown away by what God has blessed us!! Joy Coordinating was born on dreams and lots of ambition! If you would have asked me when I first launched Joy Coordinating, where this would go, I would say “I don’t know, but I’m going to have fun doing it!!!”
