We’re proud to celebrate the Arcadia All Florida Saddle Club Quadrille Team for their outstanding performance and representation in the Independance Day Parade!

Your dedication, spirit, and horsemanship truly honored our Club —and we’re thrilled to announce that the team received a special award from the VFW in recognition of your efforts! 🏆

Shout out to Missy Hobbs and Jennifer Forthman for graciously accepting the award on behalf of the team. Your leadership and pride in our club shine bright!

🛠️ AAFSC WORKFORCE DAY – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Let’s roll up our sleeves and give the Arcadia All Florida Saddle Club grounds the refresh it deserves!

📅 Date: Saturday, August 9th
🕒 Time: 3:00 PM
📍 Location: Arcadia All Florida Saddle Club Arena

Bring your w**d eaters if you’ve got them, and plenty of muscle to help with cleanup tasks around the club. We’ll be trimming, clearing out scrap, and giving the arena some well-earned TLC!

🍽️ Main meal and drinks provided.
You're welcome to bring a dish to share and make it a true club family table.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Kids welcome! We’ve got a special mission for them—helping remove rocks from the arena to make it safer for horses and riders alike.

The Arcadia All Florida Saddle Club is planning our 1st-ever community celebration to help raise money to revitalize our grounds — and we want YOU to help us name it!

📣 General Monthly Meeting – This Saturday!
🗓 Date: Saturday, June 28th
🕒 Time: 3:00 PM
📍 Location: Clubhouse, 1299 Hargrave St, Arcadia

We’ll be holding our regular monthly meeting and are currently seeking nominations or volunteers to temporarily fill two important positions for the remainder of the year:

🛡 Sergeant-at-Arms
Responsibilities:

Attend monthly board and general meetings

Call meetings to order and dismiss them

Open the arena for open practice (can coordinate with Arena Director)

Assist the Arena Director with the maintenance of the grounds/clubhouse

Serve as security at shows, if needed

📋 Arena Secretary
Responsibilities:

Attend monthly board and general meetings

Set up and run the tower window on show days (handle payments for events, exhibitions, memberships, and sponsors)

Keep and bring the club box with forms and membership materials to all events

Keeps track of volunteer hours and points

Distribute ribbons and prizes at the end of shows

Help the Arena Director assess weather/conditions for holding or canceling shows

🚫 No Shows for June

Due to the extreme heat, there will be no shows during the month of June.
We’re hoping to resume in September, weather permitting.
