Our Story
Bob and Lisa are a husband-and-wife team who enjoy designing places for people to gather and have fun. Every time they drove by the abandoned Camp Bluestone land, Bob and Lisa would fantasize about taking on the ambitious renovation project. Finally, in 2018 the couple decided it was time to try their hand at revitalizing the old barn and cabins. They ended up purchasing the property and converting it into a dream space for outdoor events and vacation rentals. The 1200-square-foot barn possesses its original wood beams with modern enhancements. Inside the pavilion, string lights adorn the ceiling and cast a warm glow on the joyous festivities below. Guests can lounge on one of the many sofas and enjoy dining by the farm-style tables. Outside the space, there is a grill to BBQ tasty food and a sink to prepare the ingredients. Located nearby, a fire pit sits for people to get warm and cozy by in the evening. On clear nights, stars can be seen twinkling across the dark sky. After a day of celebrating, newlyweds and wedding attendees can retire to one of the available cabins. The spaces feature large comfy beds, TVs for entertainment, and showers for freshening up. Camp Bluestone can accommodate weddings for up to 150 people. The flexible space offers the opportunity to be fashioned in a number of styles and themes. On the vast lawn, entertainment such as corn hole and ladder ball can be set up for guests to enjoy. An event tent can also be added for a space to dance long into the night.
