Okay… it’s time to spill SOME of the beans..🤎
As most of you know, The Main Celebration storefront is officially closed. 😞🫶
And there is absolutely some sadness that comes with saying that.
This business has been such a huge part of our lives for more than a decade. It has been there for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, holidays and thousands of ordinary Tuesdays that just needed a cupcake. 🩷

But seasons change.

And this season of our lives is changing too.
After more than a decade in the bakery world, I’ve realized that retail bakery life just isn't the life we want anymore.

I don't want our future to depend on filling a bakery case every morning or being tied to traditional storefront hours. It's not the life i want. Its extremely limiting and it felt like I was held hostage by something I used to love. Not to mention, the completely exhausting mess of corruption within landlords and leases (thats more tea for another day...maybe a podcast 😉💥)

So yes…
The Main Celebration is coming to an end. ❤️‍🩹

But before anyone panics ... THE DESSERTS ARE NOT!😂❤️

Because there is a new company stepping in.

Celebrations Catering Co. will be taking over the bakery, dessert and custom-order side of The Main Celebration, while bringing an entirely NEW business to the table.
Cakes. Cupcakes. Desserts. Custom orders. Wedding desserts.
PLUS full-service food catering.
Weddings. Corporate events. Parties. Graduations. Showers. Private events. Large-scale catering and everything in between.

Celebration Catering Co. is the vision, and it just happens to be taking some pretty amazing recipes, and the best products to the table, to serve YOU 🫶

So while we are closing the chapter on The Main Celebration, we don't have to say goodbye to the things you loved about it.

Celebrations Catering Co. gets to build something entirely new.

There is still A LOT happening behind the scenes that I can't completely talk about yet. Business things. Legal things. Complicated things. And believe me… there will eventually be a story to tell. ☕️👀
When everything is aligned and I can share more, I will spill allllll the tea.

But for now, I want this moment to be about what's ahead.

Happy Wednesday, friends! We have a lot of things going on today, and we hope you join us for them!

Our Foodie Frenzy Midweek Rally is taking place. We are welcoming Big Axe Chops and Bowlicious Eats. The three of us have coordinated menu items that we are offering at no charge for those impacted by the devastating weather this week - no questions asked.

It’s also Waterslide Wednesday - bring your towels and enjoy the inflatable waterslide.

A little personal update from me... ❤️

Today, I can finally say we're about 95% moved from our bakery into our new warehouse location.

And to be honest, this move has been one of the hardest things I've ever done.

Most people see boxes being packed, equipment being moved, and a business changing locations. What they don't see are the emotions that come with it. The stress. The exhaustion. The uncertainty. The countless moments of wondering if you're making the right decision.

This location wasn't just a bakery.

It was the last place I had the privilege of working alongside my mom before she passed away.

Every corner of this building holds memories of her. Conversations we'll never have again. Laughs we'll never hear again. Lessons she taught me. Moments that seemed ordinary at the time but have become some of my most treasured memories.

So while this move is exciting, it's also incredibly emotional. In many ways, I'm not just packing up a bakery. I'm saying goodbye to a chapter of my life that I will always hold close to my heart.

There have been days during this process where I felt completely overwhelmed. Days where my faith has been tested. Days where I questioned whether I could handle everything on my plate. But through it all, God keeps reminding me that sometimes He calls us to step into the unknown because He has something greater waiting on the other side.

Growth isn't always comfortable.

Sometimes growth looks like letting go of something you love so that something even bigger can be built.

And that's where we are right now.

We're almost there.

The warehouse is coming together, and while there is still work to do, I can finally see the finish line. What once felt impossible is starting to look like a dream becoming reality.

And here's the exciting part...

This move isn't just about a new location.

It's also the beginning of a complete rebrand and a new chapter for our business. We've been working behind the scenes on some exciting changes that better reflect who we are, where we've been, and where we're headed. I can't share all the details just yet, but trust me when I say that this next chapter is something I've been dreaming about for a very long time.

To everyone who has supported us through the years, whether you've ordered a cake, hired our food truck, stopped in for a treat, shared our posts, prayed for us, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines. Thank you.

You have helped carry us through some of the hardest and most rewarding moments of this journey.

This chapter may be coming to an end, but the story is far from over.
