‘Twas the night before Christmas when all through Canteen not a caterer was stirring nor to be seen.

The chafers were stacked on the shelves with great care after Holiday catering was served everywhere.

There had been turkey and beef tips, mashed potatoes galore. And those Holiday cookies like never before.

Some wanted boxed lunches, others served a buffet. The catering elves managed to bring it your way.

Chef Sean was a movin’ busy roasting and basting making sure all Holiday feasts were the absolute best tasting.

Lindsay serving in Appleton, Bobbi off to DePere, the two Dougs and Kevin spreading Holiday cheer.

Jessica was busy baking those Holiday treats. Jill, Bob, and Scott delivering thru the streets.

Holly placed all the orders and kept everyone on track from the biggest buffet to the smallest of snack.

The Canteen Catering elves their work now complete. Everyone has been served- what an amazing feat!

But hear them exclaim as they drive out of sight Happy Christmas to all and to all a good night.
