🌟 We’re thinking about offering a unique program combining therapy with a rage room experience to help manage stress and anxiety! 🌟

Here’s how it would work:
1️⃣ Pre-session with a therapist to discuss where you want to focus your energy and stress.
2️⃣ A rage room session to safely release frustration and tension.
3️⃣ Post-session with the therapist to reflect and process the experience.

This program would be designed to help you manage stress, release built-up emotions, and reflect in a safe and supportive environment.
