Drexell and Honeybee’s in Brewton, Alabama, is a nonprofit restaurant founded by Lisa and Freddie McMillan with one goal, to make sure no one goes hungry. The restaurant has no set prices or cash register, instead, a simple wooden box allows guests to leave anonymous donations if they wish. Every day, it serves home cooked Southern meals to anyone, regardless of their ability to pay. The McMillans emphasize dignity and kindness, creating a place where people can eat without shame or judgment. Run as part of Carlisa Inc., Drexell and Honeybee’s stands as a symbol of compassion and community, living up to its motto, “We Feed the Need.”

Hello my Sweets! Every year we offer to bring in a family for Thanksgiving dinner or donate a meal. This year we will be skipping our own Thanksgiving dinner celebration to cater for someone else's family. We would still like to help a family in need. If you know anyone struggling with food insecurities we would love to help, especially during these hard times. Just send me their info and we will make it happen!!! Xoxo

This past weekend we had the honor of catering for our good friends, to celebrate their son being drafted by The Red Sox! We weren't sure which team and something told me to make the hats red. I should've gone with my instincts lol Here are the cookies I made 😋
