When everyone heard Scott say “Just knowing what an amazing mom you will be makes me confident in the dad I will be,” there was not a dry eye around.

They waited 900 days with every postponement Erin & Scott took it as opportunity to grow stronger.

Happy, happy Friday!

I have had my business for 15 years and the business friends I have made have been so good. However, the deep friendships have been so critical to my longevity and the joy I find in what I do. My dear friend has the kindest heart of anyone I have met. Her talent and the art behind the camera is just beyond. Her unique eye and perspective is what I appreciate.

Over the next few months you will be hearing more about my heart for what I do. You will see evidence of an evolution and new and exciting things. I cannot wait to share.

In the meantime, this is my heart here. My husband of 15 years, my two ever growing girls, on the train tracks near our life giving home.

you are a gift to all who get in front of your lens and who know you 🤍

Things that make me happy: puppy videos, babies, vacations and seeing couples in deep true love 🤍

One of my favorite parts of my job is when I get to see a couple and watch how they look at each other when the other one doesn’t know it that’s how I can really see true love and commitment to each other. The way Duvall and Will watched each other glide through their wedding day was one of the most romantic and sweet things I’ve seen in a long time!

We love a good color story threaded through a full weekend of events. For Emma + David's Old Edwards Inn wedding weekend, we started with a simple and crisp light green for their invitations and then added a big POP of summer color for their welcome celebration. One of our favorite elements of this design was the napkin pattern with its subtle hint of burnt orange which helped us incorporate a terracotta hand drawn place card to welcome each guest to their seat! We will share how this palette evolved through the weekend tomorrow!
