Tuesday Music Trivia from 6:30-8:30, doors open at 6pm

Wednesday Paddle Party for The Scott Schneider Memorial Scholarship Program 6-8pm, doors open at 5:30pm

Thursday Open Mic from 6-9pm, doors open at 4pm

Friday Trivia with John & Alyssa at 6:30pm, doors open at 4pm

Saturday OPEN 12-4pm for Flights and Bites!

Sunday Brunch with Mary & Mykel from 10-1pm, featuring raspberry lemon stuffed pancakes or French toast

Our Story

The Vestal Coal House is a cafe and community gathering center for runs & walks, special events, and more. The Coal House hosts weekly trivia, open mic music, and free workouts in the spring & summer. A myriad of other programs fill the event calendar throughout the year including fitness programs such as Kids on Track, (GROW) Girls Run Our World , Seniors Running & Walking Festival, and FIT KIDS. Holiday events include The Haunted Rail Trail, Christmas at the Coal House, and Easter at the Coal House. The Vestal Coal House also hosts over 35 runs and walks each year and offers a Fitness Club. In the Fitness Club, standings are kept, points are accumulated, and there is an end of the year banquet. The other part of the Coal House is the cafe, which is open in the spring and summer. The Coal House Cafe offers a wide array of food and drinks including smoothies, milkshakes, coffee, fruit and vegetable juice, sandwiches, wraps, ice cream, and more.
