This is what guest experience looks like when a team gets it right. All 2000 employees understand true hospitality.

Fairmont Gold at started with a private lounge and an in-room gift box waiting on arrival. Then came a welcome reception at Copper Canyon with the chef’s Southwest-meets-Asian stations, and a line-dancing finish nobody saw coming 💃🏽

The detail that got me? Back in the room: a robe, a handwritten note, and N/A bevs chosen specifically for me. Nobody asked. They just knew.

That’s the standard. Personal, considered and one step ahead 👏🏼🌹
