The CosmoBellini was needed for this Fabulous 60th Birthday Celebration 🍾🎂

1 oz. Citrus Vodka
0.5 oz. Orange Liqueur
0.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Peach Purée
Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice and pour into coupe glass/champagne flute
Top with Prosecco

First event of the summer was successful last night at 1000M Chicago 🥂🌇 ☀️

Using summer’s most popular herb - mint - I created a cocktail and mocktail for this Luxury Apartment Grand Opening.

I wish you all could’ve been there because YES the Skyline Spritzer and the NOjito did taste as refreshing as this 20th floor view was!

Mommy To Be Mocktail
2 Oz. Coconut water
2 Oz. White Cranberry Peach juice
2 Oz. Seltzer water
Pour over ice
Garnish with cranberries

Irish Cranberry Old Fashioned
Muddle together 2 dashes of bitters, orange slice , a cherry, and 1 Oz. simple syrup
Fill glass with ice 🧊
Add
2 Oz. Irish Whiskey
1 Oz. Cranberry Juice
Top with soda water
Garnish with cranberries

Winter Pear Cosmo
2 Oz. Pear Vodka
1 Oz. Lime juice
1 Oz. Triple sec
2 Oz. Cranberry Juice
Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker , shake, and pour into a martini glass
Garnish with a thin pear slice

❄️🎄 White Christmas Margarita 🎄❄️
In a large pitcher mix together:

3.5 cups white cranberry peach juice
2.5 cups tequila blanco
1.5 cups cream of coconut5 cup lime juice
1.5 cups Grand Marnier

Fill cup with ice and pour margarita mixture over ice

Garnish with lime wheel , Rosemary sprig, and cranberries

🍏🍐🍎🍏🍐🍎
2 Oz. Pear Vodka
2 Oz. Apple Cider
2 Oz. Apple Juice
1/2 Oz. Lemon Juice

STEPS
1. Rim glass of choice with cinnamon sugar
2. Fill glass with ice
3. Pour ingredients into shaker with ice and then shake until chilled
4. Pour ingredients over the ice or into martini glass
5. Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks and/or apple / pear slices
