Real quick, but not really, everybody was raised different soooo some housekeeping items for the studio: I wish I was kidding, but this might get lengthy.😅
-Please don't allow the kids (or adults) to write on our walls. KPOP Hunters are cool, we know. Next time leave us a drawing on paper. We'll hang it up in the office!🎨
-Please do not tape/glue/staple/nail etc to the walls. The paint and brick are extremely fragile!🧱 Did you know antique brick naturally sheds daily...for no reason?! I sweep a lot.🧹
-My only child is college age, so I'm out of practice with diapers, especially dirty ones. Please kindly take them when you depart or use one of the three trash cans.🚼
-You guys bring in some delicious looking food! I'll gladly take a leftover plate, but please not left under the tables, chairs, or my personal favorite, mashed into the corner.🍽
-Our windows are unique and welcoming, but can also be extremely dangerous! Please don't allow your children to climb and play in them. I've fallen out of one of them. 0/10 do not recommended.🤕
-Our building shares apartments with other tenants. Restricted areas are in place to respect their privacy. Please do not attempt to explore past doors/signs/locks/barricades, etc. Yes, we have cameras, and yes, I see you every time.😂
-If something breaks, TELL ME! You may not even be the one who broke it.🙋🏼‍♀️ I definitely don't like just finding it though.
If you've read all that, hope you laughed! Overall we've had great experiences so far in our space! But seriously, to keep it affordable and fair for all, please remember to abide by your rental contract and leave the space as you found it. Thanks yall!😊
