The famous Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival is a favorite event held on the first Saturday of December, where more than 50 chocolate vendors show off their delicious chocolate creations for purchase. When the festival ends West Street / Annapolis Arts District will illuminate its Holiday Light Canopy. The event is held on the first Sunday of December on the first block of West Street in Annapolis Maryland
