A creative August 🦋 I am always hanging on to summer. This one was full of nature, presence, slowing down while also embracing the chaos of traveling with littles 😆

Start with a grounding vinyasa flow by the bay with Lindsay Cook 🧘‍♀️ then make seashell planters with honey creative hive 🍯 creative experiences in Annapolis 🐚 choose a succulent to go inside 🪴 and enjoy delicious seasonal drinks from Oscar’s ☕ as the sun sets.

🌼 radical presence 🌸 is my phrase for this year. What I want to embody and have more of in my life. This means more hands in the dirt, butt in the grass, feet in a river. Being more feral 🐺 More eye contact and hand holding with tiny humans. Eyes wide open to the ordinary magic. Building my life around and toward this ➡️

✨ There are a few seats left to dive into intention with me and next week at 💎 Alicia will take us through a multi-faceted health assessment, we’ll define our intentions and then make a botanical floating frame like mine. You’ll have a creation to cherish and remind you of what you want to call into your life.
