We Quickly Expanded The Business Beyond The Original Restaurant, Establishing Ourselves As A Premier Caterer In The Greater Annapolis Area. In 2008, We Entered Into A Long-Term Partnership With The Naval Academy Athletic Association As The Exclusive Caterer For The Admiral Lawrence N* Banquet Facility As Well As Multiple Other Venues At Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. This Facility Is Conveniently Located In The Heart Of Annapolis, With The Flexibility To Host Any Style Of Size Of Event. As A Proud Graduate Of The United States Naval Academy, We Are Also Proud To Be A Preferred Caterer Of The United States Naval Academy Alumni Association And Happy To Create Your Event At The Fluegel Alumni Center.

Let us curate the perfect menu for your special day. ⚓️

Big thanks to Chef Mac at for sharing her culinary magic!

Using produce from Capital Seaboard, and peaches from Chef's Warehouse, she created this flavorful meal. The meal features a Clementine Cucumber Salad with honey balsamic vinaigrette, the Crostini Trio: Grilled Peach Burrata, Rosemary cheese curd with Toasted Strawberries, and whipped thyme with roasted grapes.

The Lemon Chiffon dessert featuring whipped cream, raspberries, a dried lemon wheel and gooseberry is the perfect way to end this meal.
