Thank you so much for all the food you donated to AAMC! I ate your sausage egg and cheese for breakfast and the beef stroganoff for dinner. I brought extras home for my family so I didn't have to cook. You have no idea how much food helps us healthcare workers get through our day. I work in the physical therapy department. The Lighthouse Church provided the use of their beautiful event space and Julie St. Marie Catering donated a delicious dinner. The event was a complete hit, with music, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, and huge smiles from the moms who were honored. Thank you to everyone who was involved. Tender and Very Tasty.
While on crutches I was unable fix meals for my family. We had family members (thanks) arrange for Julie st Marie to prepare a couple of to go dinner with sides for us. Not only were the portion size perfect the container each dish came in made for easy cooking and clean up.
Since we are born and raised true Marylanders we know crab cakes. Lump crab cakes, no fillers and no shells, scrumptious! The chicken heated up and was just as tender as the day it was prepared. The steak dinner was flavored to perfection. All the vegetables/sides were fresh and seasoned well. Will keep this in mind for future families in need or if I just want a break from cooking.
