Happy Mother’s Day 🌸

A little re-introduction… Hi! We’re Linda + Kaitlin, the mother-daughter duo that is The Davis Group (TDG). TDG has been in business for over 40 years. From locally owned farm-to-table restaurants to a full-service catering company, and now more recently, a premier event planning, management, and production team. While we’re based in Annapolis, our work stretches from New York City along the coast to Charleston, SC.

The TDG brand is based on one thing; attention to detail. Our creed is an unpretentious expression of our values and lifestyle. We believe that to create something special for our clients, the choices we make are tied to the relations we build. Our uniquely uncommon style is a reflection of the many years of experience in the field, and the timeless energy we put into each event.

The Davis Group is excited to announce that we are the exclusive event management team for the Annapolis Sailing School & Bembe Beach Events!

We’re thrilled to announce that the Sailing School is now working with The Davis Group, a premier event production group with deep Annapolis roots, to oversee and promote rentals of our beautiful Bembe Beach property! Headed by Linda Davis and Kaitlin Davis Latonick, the group works with nonprofit, corporate and individual clients to craft stunning events from the ground up, fully embracing their vision.

While event packages at Bembe Beach include many existing amenities such as our large lighted tent and stunning waterfront views, Linda and Kaitlin told us they love a blank canvas and can design the event of your dreams — just check out this clear a blank canvas and can design the event of your dreams — just check out this clear tent wedding the duo orchestrated at the Sailing School!

The mother-daughter duo also loves creating community-centered experiences, tying in the Annapolis lifestyle. Having planned several events at the Sailing School in the past, the pair is excited to plan events that use our iconic waterfront venue to its fullest potential!

“Linda and Kaitlin will take our customers’ property rental experience to the next level, from helping create the right event, through planning and support to the ‘day of’ execution,” said Sailing School owner Rick Nelson. “We look forward to the partnership.”

cheers to 2025 🥂

this year marks ten years as a partner with the davis group. i’m beyond proud of the work we’ve done and the events we’ve produced — from intimate dinner parties to world-renowned pop up picnics, bringing thousands of people together in four cities along the east coast. most importantly, as i reflect on the last decade, our successes are because of the people we’ve met from all around the globe, strangers turned clients + colleagues turned friends. lessons were learned, memories were made, and so much fun was had!
