On Tuesday, Lisa and I had the joy of hosting an industry roundtable with over 100 incredible wedding professionals from across the DMV.

What began two years ago as a small gathering of florists and planners has grown into a larger conversation about our industry, how we can collaborate, innovate, and build extraordinary events together.

From the impact of AI to scaling a business without burning out, our panelists and attendees brought such thoughtfulness, honesty, and respect to every discussion. It was a space for real connection and open dialogue... and I’m so grateful to everyone who leaned in.

A huge thank you to Stone Tower Winery for hosting, and to our wonderful moderators Cherryblossom Weddings DC for guiding the conversation. We couldn’t have done it without the many talented partners listed below.

This is just the beginning. I’m thrilled to officially launch — a new networking organization dedicated to bringing our community together for continued growth and collaboration. We are always stronger when we grow together.
