The St Regis Washington DC is neighbors with the White House, but also has an enchanting courtyard perfect for the ceremony and cocktail hour. For this beautiful ceremony, the space was quickly flipped after it concluded so guests could continue to enjoy the lovely weather outside during cocktail hour and throughout the evening. As a surprise for guests, a cigar roller arrived later into the evening!
