UPDATE REGARDING QUESTIONS
I am pleased to share that both I and my small business are doing well.
Whenever an inquiry is received, I am honored and grateful to be considered for any event in which I may have the opportunity to participate. Regardless of the size or nature of the occasion, every celebration is meaningful and deserving of recognition. I do not discriminate based on religion, as I believe all individuals are equal in the eyes of God.
Due to my Christian beliefs, some individuals have chosen to criticize both me and my business in ways that have been hurtful and disappointing. While everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I firmly believe that mutual respect should always be upheld.
For this reason, I have decided that it is time to rebrand.
As a person of faith, I understand that some individuals may have concerns regarding my pricing. However, it is important to recognize that event decorating is a luxury service rather than a basic necessity.
Throughout my career, many clients have received exceptional value through the services I provide. Even more than what they have paid for. Nevertheless, the reality is that my business does not depend on any single individual. Like any entrepreneur, I work to support my family, meet my responsibilities, and continue building a business about which I am deeply passionate.
I have children, a family, and important personal commitments that also require my time and attention. Every event involves extensive planning, preparation, creativity, effort, and many hours spent away from my loved ones. I place significant value on that time.
Just as clients have the freedom to choose whom they hire, I also have the right to determine with whom I work. My pricing reflects the quality of my work, my experience, and the level of service I provide. Compared to larger companies, my rates remain competitive.
I am fortunate to have clients who appreciate my work, dedication, and the care I invest in every detail. For that, I am sincerely grateful.
When seeking professional services, it is important to understand that quality work carries an associated cost. If a particular service does not align with a client's budget, alternative options are available. Not every service is intended for every client, and that is entirely understandable.
I have no intention of stepping away from what I love. Event decorating remains one of my greatest passions, and I approach it with dedication, professionalism, and care. At the same time, I recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between my personal and professional life.
Over the past several months, due to personal circumstances, I have had to cancel some events. This has been deeply upsetting to me and was never my intention. I am also grateful to have exceptionally understanding clients.
As a result, I have decided to take an important step forward by refreshing my brand and further professionalizing my business. My goal is to provide an enhanced client experience, more efficient and organized processes, and the highest standard of service for every client I serve.
